We called PHI and wanted a quote to get our patio roof upgraded while adding an extension to our entranceway. From the outset, Lee was very professional, as he showed up on time to look at our project, he had lots of good ideas for cost effective improvements, and he had well thought out ideas regarding both structure and design. His craftsmanship was very good, his use of materials worked very well with our existing house, he was organized with his billing, and he followed through with all the sub-trades people. Overall, we felt that Lee could handle whatever the project presented and that he would stand behind his work and the work of the people he subcontracted.
