Lee Smallwood is the owner and operator of Project Home Improvement. A local boy from Kelowna raised by parents who were both developers and realtors from the Kelowna area. Learning the trade early on in life Lee wanted to be a renovator. He has his dream job.
To get started in the business Lee lived in Toronto and Vancouver working with the most talented and desired company’s in the industry. Working in some of the most high end and expensive homes in Canada. This is where Lee learned the fine art of contractor client relations. Obviously top notch quality work is a must but the relationship between the home owner and the contractor is the real key to success. Communication, organization, and anticipation, are all important to a project getting done on time and on budget. Staying a step ahead and keeping a client up to date through every phase of the project is important to Lee. That is how his clients meet and exceed their expectations when their project is finished.
